CICS

CICS is our high volume online transaction processing system. We support both terminal-based and web-based systems that require sub-second response. Our CICS systems process over 2.2+ Million transactions each business day. The CICS group works with Applications Solutions and other groups to assure that the systems are available when needed, but generally is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
