How long have you been with CIO Help Desk?
I started working for the agency May 11, 1998 and came on board with the help desk August 6th. At the time I filled this out, one month and 15 days but who is counting.

Why did you get into IT?
I like working with computers, challenging

If you weren't at the Help Desk, what would you be doing?
Something in Customer Service, I also like helping people

It isn't as bad as it seems.

Advice for frustrated clients:
Someone in the world can fix your problem, it's just finding them.

What's your favorite thing to do on vacation?
Sit by the pool with a cool beverage.

Favorite Live Concert:
Had many of those, something country.

Favorite Book:
Not a big book reader.... Let's talk movies!

Favorite Food:
Home cooking, meat and potatoes kind of a guy. (did I spell potatoes right?)
